Dynamite Self Storage is a new trading name of Armourstore Limited, an established and trusted name for Self Storage.
The new brand will first be launched on a newly acquired 5 acre site adjoining the A428 in Hardwick, Cambridge. this new site is expected to open during 2017.
Many more Dynamite Self Storage sites are planned and appropriate sites are being sought in, or close to, the following locations:- Bedford, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Cheshunt, Colchester, Enfield, Harlow, Hoddesdon, Huntingdon, Ipswich, Kettering, Kings Lynn, Letchworth, Luton, Milton Keynes, Newmarket, Northampton, Norwich, Peterborough, Thetford, Waltham Cross & Welwyn Garden City.
Sites ideally need to be at least 3 acres but in certain locations, sites as small as 1 acre will be considered. If you are aware of or own a site that may be suitable, please let us know – we will be happy to pay you a very worthwhile finders fee. We will also be looking for personnel to manage and staff the new locations on a good salary plus profit share.
Dynamite Self Storage is a trading name of Armourstore Ltd, which operates from a Head Office at Littleport, near Ely in Cambridgeshire.
The Self-Storage business was first formed in 1995 as an ancillary to an exporting company operated by the current Managing Director of Armourstore Ltd & Chairman of Armourstore Self Storage Ltd, Rick Parisi, and later became part of Rick’s commercial property business, Parisi Properties.
In 2006, it was rebranded and became Armourstore Ltd.
In 2010, Armourstore Self Storage Ltd was formed by the amalgamation of the assets of Armourstore Ltd & Littleport Self Storage Ltd.
The company has continued to grow over the years and currently operates around 700 storage units.
Armourstore Ltd owns 50% of the shares in Armourstore Self Storage Ltd.
Managing Director of Armourstore Ltd is Mr Rick Parisi, who operates a group of several companies.
The group includes Acorn Innovations (Cambridge) Ltd, a tech business mentoring, start-up and accelerator based at Stirling House Business Centre in Waterbeach Cambridge.
Stirling House Business Centre is owned by one of the companies within the group.
Commercial property investors & developers, Paragon Land & Estates Ltd, is also part of the group and owns the land from which the storage businesses operate.
Dynamite is has secured a site in Cambridge which is expected to be open in 2017 and requires many more sites in the following locations:-
