Social Housing Technical Manager required £19.00 per hour.
Working for a national housing association you will be responsible for the long term maintenance needs of an area of estates, maintaining stock condition data and managing programmes of planned works. Advising estate mangers on technical issues as well as liaising with tenants, housing mangers and local authorities.
You will have a relevant degree/HND or equivalent in this area and have budget control experience. Experience working in a social housing background would be an advantage. You will also have an enhanced CRB check and have a full driving licence with your own transport.
Based in St Neots you will cover an area form St Neots down the A1M corridor to the M25.
Typical working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. This is a temporary post to begin with expected to last around 3 -4 months though permanent work may be available thereafter.
